1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MySocialStyle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Aterui Tech. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MySocialStyle provides an online communication style assessment and educational content based on the Interpersonal Circumplex model of interpersonal behaviour. The Service includes a free personality assessment, free educational content about communication styles, and optional premium deep-dive modules available for purchase.

3. Free vs Premium Content

The core assessment and style overview content are provided free of charge. Premium content includes deep-dive modules (Relationships, Workplace, and Growth) and full compatibility reports, which are available for purchase.

Premium content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share premium content with others.

4. Purchases & Payments

Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service in addition to these terms. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Upon successful payment, access to your purchased content is unlocked immediately in your current browser. Purchase records are linked to your device and email address used at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Because our premium content is delivered digitally and is accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content you have purchased, please contact us at mss-contact@ateruitech.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, assessment questions, style descriptions, premium module content, and the MySocialStyle name and logo — is the property of Aterui Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The assessment methodology is based on the Interpersonal Circumplex, an academic framework in the public domain; our specific implementation, content, and scoring system are proprietary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aterui Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
